1. Who we are

FINABRIXis a SaaS platform for India's DSAs and loan aggregators, operated by Frank Knowtech LLP from Bangalore, India.

2. What we collect

Account details (business name, email, phone, GST number) and the data you create on the platform as part of operating your business. We collect only what is necessary to deliver the Service to you.

3. How we use it

To deliver and improve the Service, process your subscription, send transactional emails (account, billing, security), and comply with applicable Indian regulations. We do not use your business data to train models, sell to advertisers, or otherwise repurpose it outside the Service.

4. Where we store it

On secure servers located in India. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Card details are handled by our PCI-compliant payment gateway and are never stored on our systems.

5. Sharing

We do not share your data with any third party except where (a) it is specifically required to deliver the Service to you (for example, the payment gateway processing your subscription), or (b) you yourself initiate the sharing as part of a platform feature (for example, sending a lead status link to a borrower, or generating a voucher PDF for a sub-agent). We never sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising or analytics purposes.

6. Security

Per-account data isolation enforced at the database, role-based access controls, encryption everywhere data lives, and routine security review. Your data is never co-mingled with another customer's.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time at hello@finabrix.com. We respond within 30 days as required by Indian law.

8. Updates to this policy

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post the updated policy here with a revised effective date.
