No. One flat price covers your whole business. Basic includes 1 admin seat. Pro includes 1 admin plus 10 employee or sub-agent seats. Most CRMs charge per user with a minimum. That adds up fast before you even add sub-agents.

Basic runs your own book: six loan journeys, QR and link sourcing, up to 5 financier configurations, live matching, and invoicing. Solo, on 1 admin seat, up to 500 leads a month. Pro adds the network layer: up to 20 financier configurations, employee and sub-agent management, payout and incentive calculations, and 5,000 leads a month. Pro also adds Campaigns, coming soon.

Scaled-up DSAs. Large teams that need custom seat bundles, custom loan journeys, data migration, your own logo and white-labeling, and priority support. We deliver these with our team. Talk to us and we will size it to your network.

No. Prices are before GST. We add 18% GST and show it on every invoice.

It is our member discount. Enter it at checkout to bring your first year to ₹2,159 on Basic and ₹7,200 on Pro, subscribed annually, before GST. It applies for the current subscription period. You will see the regular price and the final amount before you pay.

Yes. Every workspace starts with free API credits: ₹50 on Basic and ₹100 on Pro. Use them for the live checks (PAN, GSTIN, bureau). Top up any time from your wallet.

A few checks use live third-party data and are pay-per-use: PAN, GSTIN and credit bureau. You pay only when a check succeeds, before GST. See the usage credits section above for rates.

Each financier's policy becomes rules you can read. We check every lead against them, one by one, and give a match score with the reason for each rule. No black box.

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard whenever you want. Access continues to the end of your billing period. No further charges.

Email hello@finabrix.com within 7 days of your first payment to request a full refund. If your request is eligible, we approve it and process it to your original method, usually in 7 to 10 business days. Renewals are not refundable. This matches our Refund Policy.

Yes. Your data travels over encrypted connections. Selected borrower and channel fields are also encrypted at the application layer, on Indian-resident servers. Per-account isolation is enforced at the database. We never sell your data, and we share it only with the service providers we need to run the service.
