Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your FINABRIX subscription at any time by writing to hello@finabrix.com from your registered email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; no further charges are made after that. We confirm by email as soon as it is processed.
2. Refund window for first-time subscribers
New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, provided the account has not been used to download or export significant amounts of data. Refunds are not available on renewals or subsequent billing cycles.
3. Promotional and free-period subscriptions
Subscriptions on a promotional or free period are not charged during that period, so no refund applies. Cancelling during the free period simply stops any future charge.
4. How refunds are processed
Raise a refund request within the 7-day window by emailing hello@finabrix.com. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment gateway within 7–10 business days. We confirm by email when the refund is initiated and again when it is settled.
5. Disputes
Any dispute is governed by Indian law and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
